Satgate Selects Red Engineering to Design and Supervise $60 million Tier III Data Center Project in Baltic Region

Satgate of Vilnius Lithuania announced today that it has selected International Engineering Consultant Red Engineering Design as the technical advisor, designer and supervisor to Satgate for development of an advanced data center in the Baltic States. The $60 million project called Amber Core DC has been under development since 2011.
According to the agreement, Red Engineering will provide professional services in selection and implementation of the latest and most effective data center technologies for the project.

Satgate Selects Broad Street Capital Group to Advise on $60 million Tier III Data Center Project Planned for Baltic Region

NEW YORK -- Oct 11, 2012 / (http://www.myprgenie.com) -- (New York City)  Satgate of Vilnius, Lithuania announced today that it selected Broad Street Capital Group as its exclusive financial advisor for development of a state-of-the-art data center in the Baltic States. The proposed $60 million project called Amber Core DC will launch in November and will be financed through a combination of owner and investor equity, combined with senior debt from commercial banks and U.S. export trade finance.
PACT Consulting Inc., an internationally renowned aerospace and telecommunications consultancy based in Bethesda, Md., has been named marketing consultant and will be responsible for introducing key anchor clients to the project.
