Tariff plans for Yamal-200-2

Internet services via Yamal-200 are provided according to the following tariff plans: Prepaid, Business, Unlim-office, Unlim-home, Unlim-web.

«Prepaid»

Prepaid is the best for users desiring to pay for the limited amount of traffic received with the guaranteed bandwidth. Prepaid users have a possibility to considerably economize while receiving the data in different day times.

Per 1 Gb, time — EET (Summer time - EEST).

Connection types:
— Dynamic (connection by sessions) - PPTP VPN, OpenVPN and through the SlonAx internet accelerator. For VPN connections static IP address can be provided for additional charge.
— Static (permanent connection) - static connection on the SatGate IP subnet provided without the use of tunnels and a tunnel connection* (IP-IP, GRE, PPP-SSH). IP addresses from the SatGate block can be provided for the additional charge.
$2 fixed IP payment is deducted on a monthly basis.

Account is activated at the moment the funds reach user's account.
Validity period: while there is a positive balance on a Subscriber’s Personal Account. In case there is no activity shown during the period of 90 days - statistics will be deleted, the Account will be blocked and no claims will be considered.

«Business»

«Business» is the best for the Providers needing a certain amount of traffic but for technical or economic reasons considering not to buy dedicated speed service (CIR flat-rate). «Business» is also suitable for backup channels organization.

Connection types:

Account is activated at the moment the funds reach user's account. After account activation fixed monthly fee is charged regardless of traffic count consumed during accounting month. One-time fee equal to 1/30 of monthly cost of chosen tariff plan will be deducted while switching to a tariff plan with flat-rate monthly fee.
Validity period: 30 days from activation. In case there is no activity shown during the period of 180 days - statistics will be deleted, the Account will be blocked and no claims will be considered.
Amount of the minimum advanced payment: 50 USD.

«Unlim-office»

«Unlim-office» — guaranteed speed threshold tariff plan with unlimited traffic consumption based on a fixed monthly payment. “Unlim-office” is intended for corporate clients, companies and offices but still can be used by individual users. Guaranteed speed limit (CIR) presence allows to use high-speed Internet not depending on the satellite channel load. This tariff plan has high priority for the day time capacity usage while speed is limited in the evening and at the night time.

— Dynamic (connection by sessions) - PPTP VPN, OpenVPN and through the SlonAx internet accelerator. For VPN connections static IP address can be provided for additional charge.

An account is activated when money is placed to the user's balance. Once an account is activated, a fixed monthly fee is charged regardless of the traffic received by the user during the accounting month. Full amount of the monthly sum of tariff plan chosen is deducted at the moment of plan activation. In case of insufficient funds on your personal account it will be blocked until the sum necessary is transferred. Note: Maximal speed is unavailable from 20:00 till 23:00 EET (Summer time - EEST).
Validity period: 30 days from activation.

«Unlim-home»

«Unlim-home» — unlimited traffic tariff plan based on a fixed monthly payment intended for home users. Maximum available speed (MBR) is indicated in the name of a tariff plan. The maximum speed depends on the load of the channel and changes according to the principle of the valid distribution of channel capacity load between the users. This tariff plan does not have guaranteed speed limit (CIR) and will not be provided to companies, corporate networks or Internet cafes.

You have an opportunity to test Unlim-home tariff plans. In order to sign up for testing plan you need to deposit funds to your payable account and choose corresponding plan in your personal cabinet. Sum nesessary to activate testing plan for 24 hour will be deducted from your payable account. If you have enough money on your payable account the plan will be automatically extended for the next 24 hours. Test plan will stay active until you chose another plan or the sum on your payable account becomes less than the price of test plan chosen.

«Unlim-web» — tariff plan with a maximum bit rate of 300 Kbps without traffic limitations based on a fixed monthly payment. This tariff plan is intended for web-surfing, chatting and Internet paging (ICQ, MSN and the like). “Unlim-web” is not intended for large data volumes loading and does not possess any guaranteed speed limit (CIR).

You have an opportunity to test Unlim-web tariff plan. In order to sign up for testing plan you need to deposit funds to your payable account and choose corresponding plan in your personal cabinet. * Initial connection by tunnel is provided with no additional fee. After successful connection one time charge for each change of tunnel settings of $5 will be applied. The connection is to be treated as successful by customer's confirmation or if no complain to SatGate customer service from customer is received within 5 days from the day the E-Mail with tunnel settings to the customer has been sent.
