DVB-S2 standard and new plans for Yamal-200-2 service

Dear customers.

We would like to inform you that Yamal-200-2 carrier will be switched to the DVB-S2 standard (8PSK, 3/4) as of September 2009. In order to help our customers cut overall cost of switching which includes purchase of the DVB-S2 receiver we will reduce our prices for the Yamal-200-2 service on 17th of August 2009. Please note that we are going to keep the reduced prices after switching to the DVB-S2 standard and dish size requirements are not going to be changed.

As of 17th of August 2009 the time grid for the Prepaid plans on Yamal-200-2 carrier will be changed to split the day into 4 sections instead of former 5 sections as follows: 0:00 to 2:00, 2:00 to 6:00, 6:00 to 18:00 and 18:00 to 0:00.
